How to View and Filter Transactions

To access your transaction history:

  1. Log into your Remoly Invoicing account.

  2. Click on the Transaction History tab.

  3. View a list of all your transactions, including payments received, payments sent, and withdrawals.

To find specific transactions more easily:

  1. Use the filter options on the left side of the page.

  2. Filter by date range, payment method, or transaction type.

  3. For example, to see all payments you’ve received in the past month:

    • Select the date range.

    • Filter by "payments received".

Downloading Account Statements

To download your account statements:

  1. Go to the Statements tab.

  2. Click the Download button.

  3. Choose the format you prefer (PDF or CSV).

To export your statements:

  1. Click the Export button.

  2. Select the desired format.

  3. Save the statements to your computer for future use.

Tracking Payments to Clients or Vendors

To track payments and associated fees:

  1. Go to the Transaction History tab.

  2. Filter by "payments sent".

  3. View a list of all payments made and the associated fees for each transaction.
