Issuing Refunds with Global Account

If your Global Account is connected to a payment gateway or e-commerce store, make sure you keep enough balance to cover refunds. Most platforms process refunds through Direct Debit, and if there isn’t enough balance, the refund may be delayed.

For Global Accounts in countries where Direct Debit isn’t supported, refunds through payment gateways or e-commerce platforms cannot be processed this way.

Currently, Direct Debit refunds are only supported for these Global Accounts:

  • United States – USD

  • Australia – AUD

  • United Kingdom – GBP

  • Canada – CAD

  • Netherlands – EUR*

* Available only via SEPA Core
