Account Security & Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

One of the best ways to keep your Remoly Invoicing account safe is by turning on two-factor authentication (2FA). This adds extra security by requiring a code, in addition to your password, when you log in. We strongly recommend turning on 2FA for extra protection. To set up 2FA:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to Security Settings.

  3. Click Enable 2FA.

  4. Choose your preferred method (app or SMS).

  5. Follow the steps to complete setup.

  6. Save your backup codes in a safe place.

Password Management

Make sure to use a strong password and change it regularly to protect your account. To change your password:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to Account Settings.

  3. Click Change Password.

  4. Enter your old password, then your new one.

  5. Save the changes.

Remember, never share your password and update it often for added security.

Notifications & Alerts

Stay on top of your account with notifications. You can set up alerts for things like payments, withdrawals, or failed transactions. To set up notifications:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to Notification Settings.

  3. Choose how you want to be notified (email or SMS).

  4. Pick the activities you'd like to be alerted about.

  5. Save your settings.

Now, you’ll get notifications to help you stay informed and protect your account.
