Managing your funds in Remoly Invoicing is straightforward, whether you're transferring money within your account or sending payments to others. This guide outlines the steps for both internal and external transfers.

Internal Transfers: Moving Money Between Wallets

Easily transfer funds between your Remoly Invoicing wallets, like your multi-currency or global payment accounts.

  1. Log In: Open the app or website and sign in.

  2. Go to Wallet: Navigate to the “Wallet” section.

  3. Select Wallets: Choose the source and destination wallets.

  4. Enter Amount: Specify how much to transfer.

  5. Confirm: Review details and confirm the transfer.

For multi-currency transfers (e.g., USD to EUR), Remoly Invoicing calculates the exchange rate. Simply select the wallets, input the amount, and confirm.

External Transfers: Sending Payments

Send payments securely to clients, suppliers, or vendors through Remoly Invoicing.

  1. Go to Payments: Select "Send Payment."

  2. Choose Recipient: Pick a transfer type—bank, card, or another Remoly Invoicing user.

  3. Enter Details: Fill in recipient info and amount.

  4. Confirm: Review and confirm the payment.

Payment Methods & Fees

  • Bank Transfers: Reliable for large amounts; lower fees.

  • Card Payments: Faster but may have higher fees.

Review fees displayed before confirming your payment to avoid surprises.

Tracking Payments

Check your payment status in the “Payment History” section:

  • Pending: Processing.

  • Completed: Delivered.

  • Failed: Check for issues like incorrect details.

With these steps, you can efficiently handle all your transfers in Remoly Invoicing, keeping your transactions smooth and secure.
