Withdrawing funds from your global wallet to a local bank account is quick and simple. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to do it:

How to Withdraw from Your Global Wallet

  1. Link Your Bank Account

    • Go to the “Bank Accounts” section in your Remoly Invoicing wallet.

    • Click “Add Bank Account” and enter your bank details (bank name, account number, routing number, etc.).

    • Your bank account will be linked and ready for withdrawals.

  2. Initiate the Withdrawal

    • Once your bank account is linked, go to the “Withdraw” section.

    • Select your bank account as the destination.

    • Enter the amount you want to withdraw and confirm the transaction.

  3. Confirm and Complete

    • Double-check your withdrawal details.

    • Click “Withdraw” to complete the transfer to your bank account.

Withdrawal Methods

Available Withdrawal Options:

  • Local Bank Account: Transfer funds directly to your local bank account.

  • Other Platforms: Depending on your region, other platforms may be available for withdrawals.

Note: Choose the method that’s most convenient for you, and ensure the required accounts are linked to your Remoly Invoicing.

Withdrawal Limits

Limits and Fees

  • There may be withdrawal limits based on your account status or country of residence.

  • Fees may apply depending on the withdrawal method. For example, Fund withdrawals may carry a small fee if the balance is less 500 EUR, otherwise bank transfers may be fee-free.

Processing Time

  • Bank Withdrawals: Usually take 1–3 business days.

Cross-Border Withdrawals

If you need to withdraw funds internationally, Remoly Invoicing supports cross-border withdrawals, enabling you to transfer funds to bank accounts in different countries and currencies.

Benefits of Cross-Border Withdrawals

  • Easily convert and send funds to other countries.

  • Competitive exchange rates for currency conversions when withdrawing in a foreign currency.

Process

  1. Select the destination country and bank account.

  2. Remoly Invoicing will automatically convert the funds to the local currency based on current exchange rates.

  3. Complete the withdrawal as usual.

How to Track Withdrawals

  1. Track Pending Withdrawals

    • Go to the “Withdrawals” tab in your Remoly Invoicing wallet to see the status of your pending withdrawal.

    • You will see the estimated completion time and any transaction updates.

  2. Notifications

    • Once the withdrawal is processed, you will receive a notification confirming the transfer.

    • You’ll also be notified if any issues arise during the process (e.g., delays, errors).
