Depositing Funds
You can add money to your Remoly wallet anytime through a bank transfer. Each wallet currency has its own bank account details, making it easy to top up the right balance.
Go to your Payment Dashboard.
Select Deposit.
Copy the bank details shown on the screen.
Make a transfer from your local bank using those details.
After sending the funds, click I have transfered to confirm.
Your deposit will usually appear in your wallet within 1–2 business days once the transfer is completed.
Withdrawing Funds
You can withdraw money from your Remoly wallet to your local bank account in just a few steps. Whether it’s EUR, USD, or another currency, Remoly lets you send funds directly and securely.
Go to your Payment Dashboard.
Click Global Transfer or select Transfer from the left menu.
Choose an existing recipient or add a new recipient.
Enter the amount and select the currency you want to withdraw.
Review the details and click Submit to complete the transfer.
Your withdrawal will be processed shortly. Timelines may vary depending on the currency and receiving bank.
Exchange Rates, Fees, and Processing Times
When managing funds in multiple currencies, it’s important to understand how exchange rates, fees, and processing times work.
Exchange Rates: These determine how one currency is converted to another. Rates may change over time and can affect the final amount you receive or send. You can view the applied rate before confirming your transfer or withdrawal.
Fees: Transaction fees may vary based on the currency and payment method. Always review the displayed fees before completing a transaction.
Processing Times: Transfer and withdrawal timelines can differ depending on the currency, payment route, and receiving bank. Most transactions are completed within a few business days.
