How Is the Remoly Invoicing Fee Calculated?

When your customer pays an invoice, the amount will be transferred to your personal bank account, minus the Remoly Invoicing fee. The fee is a percentage of the total payment amount, typically calculated at 5.9%.

For example, if you receive 100 EUR for a service (excluding VAT), the fee will be deducted from the amount, leaving you with a net payment after the fee is applied. So, for a 100 EUR invoice, after the fee is deducted, you would receive the remaining balance, which will be transferred to your bank.

If your invoice includes VAT, the fee is only applied to the net amount (excluding VAT), as the VAT portion is paid directly to the tax authorities.
