Before sending your project for client approval, you can start by creating a draft. This lets you organize all the details and make changes before anything is shared.

Here’s how to create a project draft:

  1. Click “New Project” to begin

  2. Add a project title that clearly describes the job

  3. Select a project type – choose between Time & Material or Fixed Price

  4. Pick a customer – select from your existing list or add a new one

  5. Describe your service so the client understands what you’ll deliver

  6. Set the project dates

    • Start Date: when the work begins

    • End Date: when the work is expected to finish

  7. Set pricing and quantity

    • Choose how you want to bill: Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Per Piece

  8. Save your draft

    • Once saved, you can send the project to your customer anytime

Tip: You can still make changes to pricing and billing before you send the final invoice—your draft and invoice don’t need to match exactly.
