Before sending your project for client approval, you can start by creating a draft. This lets you organize all the details and make changes before anything is shared.
Here’s how to create a project draft:
Click “New Project” to begin
Add a project title that clearly describes the job
Select a project type – choose between Time & Material or Fixed Price
Pick a customer – select from your existing list or add a new one
Describe your service so the client understands what you’ll deliver
Set the project dates
Start Date: when the work begins
End Date: when the work is expected to finish
Set pricing and quantity
Choose how you want to bill: Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Per Piece
Save your draft
Once saved, you can send the project to your customer anytime
Tip: You can still make changes to pricing and billing before you send the final invoice—your draft and invoice don’t need to match exactly.
