If you're an Estonian tax resident and receive payments through Remoly Invoicing, you’ll be registered in the Estonian Employment Register.
This registration is required for Remoly Invoicing to report your income and is done automatically after you receive your first customer payment. The registration is based on the Law of Obligations Act, not the Employment Act.
When you close your Remoly Invoicing account, the registration will also be removed.
