Important: Remoly Invoicing does not support Internet Explorer (IE) or browsers that rely on the IE kernel. Using an unsupported browser may prevent you from logging in or properly navigating the site.
Common Browser Issues and Fixes
Some browsers use an Internet Explorer (IE) kernel by default, which can cause login and navigation problems in Remoly Invoicing. Below are common cases and how to fix them.
360 Browser
If you see the IE kernel icon (highlighted in the red frame), it means the browser is blocking Remoly Invoicing.
Solution:
Click the IE kernel icon in the red frame.
Select High Speed Mode.
Refresh the page.
QQ Browser
If the IE kernel icon appears in QQ Browser, the login page will not load correctly.
Solution:
Click the IE kernel icon in the red frame.
Select High Speed Mode.
Refresh the page.
Sougou Browser
Sougou Browser may also default to IE kernel mode, causing navigation issues.
Solution:
Click the IE kernel icon in the red frame.
Select High Speed Mode.
Refresh the page.
