  • Request a Payment Receipt: If the details were correct, ask your customer for a payment receipt.

  • Contact Us: Once you have the receipt, send it to us, and we will investigate the issue.

If it's been more than 5 business days and the payment still hasn’t arrived, we will assist you in resolving the situation.
