You can easily add, update, or remove recipients to keep your contact list up to date for transfers and payments.
Adding a New Recipient
Go to Transfers > Contacts from the sidebar to view your recipient list.
Click New Recipient in the top-right corner.
Choose the account type — Business or Individual.
Select the location and currency for the account. (Some currencies are only available for specific transfer methods.)
Fill in the recipient’s details, including bank information.
Click Confirm to save the new recipient.
Note: For some locations, you may need to choose between Local or SWIFT payment methods depending on what’s supported.
Updating a Recipient
If a transfer shows an error due to missing or outdated information, you may need to update recipient details.
When prompted, click Update in the error message.
Edit the required fields as instructed.
Click Save changes to confirm.
You can also update recipients directly from your list:
Go to Transfers > Contacts,
Click the three dots (⋯) beside the recipient,
Select Edit, make your changes, and click Update.
Some details may not be editable once a recipient is verified or linked to a past transaction.
Deleting a Recipient
To remove a recipient:
Go to Transfers > Contacts.
Click the three dots (⋯) beside the contact.
Select Delete, then confirm the action.
Once deleted, you’ll need to re-add the recipient if you want to send funds to them again.
