How to View Your Balances
Checking your balances in Remoly is quick and easy. From your homepage, you can see exactly how much money you have available and your total account balance.
Here's how:
Sign in to your Remoly account
On the homepage, you’ll see:
Available Balance shows the funds you can use or withdraw immediately
Total Balance displays all your funds across accounts and currencies
To view other currencies, just click the currency dropdown and pick the one you want
Managing Balances
You can manage all your balances easily from the Payment Dashboard.
Here’s how:
Log in to your Remoly account.
Go to the Payment section.
View your balances at the top of the page — you’ll see your total and currency balances.
To add funds, click Deposit.
To send or transfer money, use the Send or Transfer buttons.
To convert currencies, go to Conversion and choose the currencies you want to exchange.
Note: Fees or exchange rates (if any) will be shown before you confirm.
Currency Conversion
You can easily exchange one currency for another in Remoly, no manual calculations needed. The system automatically handles the conversion for you.
Here’s how:
Go to the Conversion section under Payment.
Click New conversion to start.
Choose the currencies you want to exchange and enter the amount.
Review the estimated exchange rate and confirm the conversion.
Once completed, your converted amount will appear in the target currency. You can view the full details — including rate, date, and status — on the Conversion page.
Note: Exchange rates may change slightly due to market conditions, so the final amount may differ from the initial estimate.
