How Recipients Get Notified
If you want your recipients to receive an update when you send them a payment, our support team can enable this for your account. Once it’s turned on, an email will be sent to the recipient’s email address you’ve added to their details. Be sure to include their email address when setting up a transfer.
How You Get Notified
You can choose to receive transfer notifications yourself by going to User Profile > Notifications and subscribing to transfer emails. The types of alerts available depend on your user permissions.
Important: Conversion confirmation emails are always sent to the business’s primary contact email listed in your account settings. If you don’t see one after creating a transfer, check your spam folder. If it’s not there, contact our support team for assistance.
