You can easily convert funds between different currencies within your wallet. The exchange rate is shown before you confirm, giving you full control over your conversion.
Converting Money
Go to Conversions
From the sidebar, select Payment > Conversions > New Conversion.
Choose Currencies and Amount
Select your From and To currencies, then enter the amount you want to convert.
The exchange rate will appear and remain fixed for 60 seconds before refreshing automatically.Select Conversion Date
Choose today’s date to convert immediately, or pick a future date to schedule it in advance. The exchange rate is locked once you confirm the booking.
Review and Confirm
Click Convert Now to review your conversion details, including the amount, exchange rate, and settlement date. When everything looks correct, click Confirm Conversion to proceed.View Confirmation
You’ll see a confirmation screen once the conversion is booked, and you’ll also receive an email notification. The converted funds will be available in your wallet on the selected date.
Note: Once confirmed, a conversion can’t be canceled. Please review the details carefully before submitting.
